Service Description

This package is great to help with things such as frequent night wakes, reactive co-sleeping, catnapping, early rising, teaching self settling or for any other sleep concerns you may have. What's included: - In depth sleep questionnaire analysis - up to 60 minute phone consult - Personalised sleep plan including contingency plans made for you and your baby - 1 week follow up support daily via a sleep log (Monday-Friday) - Wrap up email which will include further support as you move forward with your baby’s sleep What will happen now? 1. Upon booking you will be sent our in depth sleep questionnaire to complete 2. You will receive a phone consult at the time you have booked 3. You will receive your sleep plan and link to sleep log 4. You will receive 1 week follow up support via a daily sleep log (Monday-Friday) 5. At the end of our week you will receive a wrap up email to assist you in your baby's sleep journey moving forward *each booking services 1 child only *must be booked with at least 24 hours notice before consult time
