Service Description

This package is great to help with things such as frequent night wakes, reactive co-sleeping, catnapping, early rising, teaching self settling, complex sleep concerns or for any other sleep concerns you may have. What's included: - In depth sleep questionnaire analysis - up to 60 minute phone consult - Personalised sleep plan including contingency plans made for you and your baby - 2 weeks follow up support daily via a daily sleep log (Monday-Friday) - Wrap up email which will include further support as you move forward with your baby’s sleep What will happen now? 1. Upon booking you will be sent our in depth sleep questionnaire to complete 2. You will receive a phone call at the time you have booked the consultation. 3. You will receive your personalised sleep plan and sleep log link via email 4. You will receive 2 weeks follow up support via a daily sleep log (Monday-Friday) 5. At the end of our 2 weeks you will receive a wrap up email to assist you in your baby's sleep journey moving forward *each booking services 1 child only *must be booked with at least 24 hours notice before consult time
