What's included: - In depth sleep questionnaire analysis - Personalised sleep plan including contingency plans made for you and your baby sent via email What will happen now? 1. Upon booking you will be sent our in depth sleep questionnaire to complete. 2. We will create your personalised sleep plan based on the questionnaire and you will be sent this at the time you booked in. *each booking services 1 child only *must be booked with at least 24 hours notice before consult time *this package does not include sleep log support so is not recommended for complex sleep issues
